Each student is a consultant hired by a university club to help launch a new campus initiative:
Project: “Sustainable Campus Start-Up Challenge”
- A university wants to encourage student entrepreneurship focused on green solutions (energy, transportation, recycling, etc.).
- The goal is to form the most effective team to plan, publicize, and run the challenge event across campus.
Consulting Brief:
- Design the “ideal team” for this initiative.
- Decide on:
- Team size
- Role specialization (e.g., event lead, marketing, logistics, technical support)
- Necessary diversity (skills, backgrounds, gender, etc.)
- Task structure (what key activities, dependencies, and deadlines exist?)
Defend your choices with arguments about effectiveness, motivation, problem-solving, and potential risks.
About 12 pages or 500800 words unless your professor said otherwise.
