I am interviewing for an account manager for a tech company. My target audiences is SLED. Two of my states continue to make quota but my third state does not. I need a 30-60-90 individual territory plan (business plan) how do I expand my already thriving businesses in two states and how do I achieve quota in my third state. How will I find success and what does that look like. Leverage the use of AI platforms to assist me as well. I need this in one or two slides that I can brief off. I would like to show some sort of road map with disecion criteria to continue or reassess.
