BSG Final Presentation

1. BSG Final Presentation: Please create a formal slideshow (PowerPoint/Prezi) that could be presented to your company’s Board of Directors. There is information on BSG about what your presentation should contain and how to download the information from the program. In summary, the presentation should include graphs & charts that show trends and other information about your company’s results over the time you were the CEO(s). In addition to the topics outlined in BSG, you should include slides that incorporate strategic tools from the chapters, like a SWOT analysis and/or competitive assessments. Think of this almost as a performance appraisal tool where you explain/defend your management choices and identify future opportunities. The presentation must include: (1) their company’s performance for all decision rounds, (2) their strategic vision for the company, (3) performance targets for the next year or two, assuming the simulation continued on, (4) their company’s present strategy and how it has evolved, (5) which companies they consider to be their closest competitors, (6) the moves they would make over the next several years to win out over their close competitors and improve their company’s performance and market standing, and (7) lessons learned You should submit the slides through the blackboard dropbox.
