Course Learning Outcomes: This coursework has been designed to test your achievement of the following course learning outcomes (CLOs):
1. Tailor the communication of a topic in biological psychology appropriately to the mode of communication and the audience.
2. Analyse the fundamental principles of biological psychology that underlie human behaviour.
4. Construct a logical, coherent argument or narrative that persuades the audience of the contribution that biological psychology makes to understanding human behaviour.
Coursework instructions:
Students will submit a video presentation up to 5 minutes in length. You will submit a video presentation covering an aspect of ONE (1) of the following topics suitable for a layperson:
- Psychobiology of Vision
- Psychobiology of Sensory Processing
- Psychobiology of Movement Control

Imagine you know someone without a strong background in Psychology or Biology who wants to learn about Psychobiology. Your task is to create a video that explains the subject topic in a simple yet informative way. Avoid overwhelming your audience with solely complex terms and concepts in Psychobiology; instead, balance them with clear and easy-to-understand explanations. Incorporate creative strategies, such as visual, animated elements, narrations, and relatable metaphors, to make the content engaging. There is no fixed style/format for this video assignmentas long as the videos purpose is clear and the information is relevant and engaging, that will be sufficient.

There are no restrictions on how you prepare your video submission, feel free to be creative. The criteria that must be met for submission of this assessment are as follows:

Note: Although narration is not mandatory in your video, those without it are less likely to communicate effectively with viewers and may not achieve a high grade.
