Behavioral Trreatment Plan Exercise

This assignment has two parts.

Part 1:

Review the sample behavioral treatment plan provided in the textbook under Table 14.3.

Prepare a similar behavioral treatment plan based on the following individual:

1. Susan Smithe is a 37-year-old female inmate who is incarcerated for armed robbery. Susan suffers from mental illness. Susan is consistently verbally abusive of prison staff, physically aggressive with other inmates, and self-injures by battering her head, arms, and legs against walls and floors. Her self-injuries often require medical attention. Susan suffers from a fear of being alone and of insects.

While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected.

Part 2:

In 300-500 words, reflect on why your behavioral treatment plan will benefit Susan Smithe.

The reflection should provide a minimum of two to three peer-reviewed resources to support your explanations.
