B.F. Skinner’s Walden II and utopian community critique

Utopia is commonly understood as one’s Ideal world. However, it’s often described as an impossibility, mainly because everyone has a different vision of an Ideal world. B.F. Skinner, however, believed we could build a perfect society if everyone were conditioned, in the same way, from an early age. He wrote a book about it called Walden II The documentary below describes these efforts. Watch the documentary and/or do a little online research into Walden II, and develop a critique of his approach to planning an ideal utopian community. What are the limitations of his approach? What might we need to support more ideal communities, instead? 2 paragraph minimum- 1page (double-spaced) Max
