.Using an updated Chrome or Microsoft Edge web browser on a desktop or laptop computer:
- Open a new browser window
- Enable “Developer Tools”, select the “Network” tab, and “Media” content
- See the guide for enabling “Developer Tool.”

- Copy and paste the following URLs (One at a time!) into your tab with “Developer Tools” activated:
- For each site visit capture how much time (in milliseconds (e.g. 800ms), seconds (e.g. 37.17s), or minutes (e.g. 1.1 min) it takes for the “sample100.mp4” file to load. Populate the submission document under “Attempt 1”. Include a screenshot of your full browser window (example

- Tips:
- You may need to click “play” on the video for the content to fully download.
- Make sure the video reaches the end before capturing your screenshot to ensure the download is complete.
- Do not open all the links in different tabs. Your browser may stop playing.
