Write a 1,000 word essay that addresses the following:

• Identify an issue or problem that you would like to see changed in your profession or at your local school. Describe it using a blend of your own opinion and outside research.
• Identify a research approach (either quantitative or mixed method) that you would use to address the identified issue. Tell me why you chose this specific approach.
• Describe the instruments (data collection tools) that you would obtain data (surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc…)
• Develop a null and alternative hypothesis for the quantitative focus on your issue/ problem and at least two primary research questions.
• How comfortable are you developing null and alternative hypotheses at this stage? How comfortable are you developing viable research questions? What struggles do you still have in these areas?
• Include an APA appropriate title page, the body of your essay, and an APA appropriate reference page.
