Now, for Part 2, prepare to submit your plan, tracking, and reflection as follows:
Day 7: Optimization & Reflection:
o Review your entire week’s data and daily journal entries.
o Create a concise “Personal Efficiency Plan” that includes:
Your top three priorities for the next week.
One specific time management technique you will implement
Two strategies to minimize distractions.
A reflection on how you can use delegation and self-motivation to help reach your goals.
Submission Requirements:
Time & Resource Data: Submit a summary of your time-tracking data (e.g., a screenshot or exported report).
Daily Journal: Submit your daily journal entries (a single MS Word document).
Personal Efficiency Plan: Submit your written plan (1-2 pages).
