Assignment 3

In week 4, we look into the future of how clinical work will change. Of course, the nurse must be clear about the changing aspects of their practice environment. The section on “Transforming the Nature of Clinical Work” (p.341) is fascinating! There are also great ideas about YOU as a member of your organization.

The assignment asks you to identify changes that you believe will be the future of the health care system and how those changes will impact nurses.

How do you get people to change their behavior in a changing clinical environment? Interesting stuff!
