Each of the key approaches warrants modernisation and refinement tailored to particular regional needs.

Assignment Topic

For this assignment, write 2,500 words on the effectiveness of strategic decisions in one particular region, demonstrating an understanding of the organisational objectives that inform strategic management, aimed at enhancing the quality of health services. You must demonstrate how to apply tools and techniques to help evaluate and pick the strategic priorities that best fit with your regional future direction and demonstrate an understanding of how to evaluate the success, such as a scorecard, gap analysis, suitability in view of organisational opportunities and threats, acceptability to key stakeholders, and feasibility in terms of capacity for implementation.

Your assignment should also include:

• A critical appraisal of the change management approaches used in your chosen region and critically analyse whether these approaches/ initiatives ensure optimal contemporary healthcare delivery systems.
• Key approaches used and this should include the accessibility of digital tools and digitalisation, and the establishment of accounting mechanisms, internal and external control systems as these elements are pivotal factors in the enhancement of the regional populations quality of life.
• The education and training of personnel and senior management within the healthcare sector that should have significant strategic relevance in the drive to improve healthcare services.
