(b) Please share your opinions and examples of why that ability (or those abilities) is (are) important.
Question 2.

(b) Have you experienced any training for emotional intelligence? Was it effective? (or not)? Any suggestions to employers? (If you do not have any emotional intelligence training experience, please answer (c))
(c) If you do not have any training experience, what type of training will benefit employees? (If you answered (b) above, you do not need to answer this)
Submission Instructions:
Make sure to answer all questions (with all sub-questions) fully. Do not type out all questions (the plagiarism checker will show a red flag), but need to include question numbers for each answer.
Please apply chapter theories and contents in your answer. Also, if you have any related experience, try to share your own experience in your answers.
Avoid direct quotes from the textbook or any external sources. If your plagiarism or AI score is 30% or higher, you will get zero and need to resubmit your work for a grade. In the case of using grammar AI tools, students should include acknowledgment of the authenticity of their submission.
No cover page. No more than 6 pages. Expect at least 4 pages, excluding references. The last sentence of your answer should be on page 4 (at least a total of 1000 words count expected, excluding references). Longer submissions will not lose points (unless they go over 6 pages), but shorter submissions will lose points in detail criteria.
