Part 1: Research & Share

1. Research and provide five (5) key terms and definitions used in project management.
2. Second research topic is: Find two sources (and cite them) that outline requirements for a successful completion of a quality management project. Provide how the two sources are the same as far as key elements and where there might be differences. Compare and contrast.

Part 2: Reading Reflection

Based on the Agile article in this weeks reading:

1. Hypothesize if/ how the information in the article provides consideration for accepting both team AND customer differences – you will need to infer.
2. Based on your reading can you infer any specific examples in the reading that MIGHT negate cognitive bias and which one.
3. If you do not feel there is sufficient enough information, please share what information would need to be included to ensure differences in customer and team needs are being considered.
