This person should have at least 10 years’ experience of working in an organisational setting (paid or unpaid). The more work experience they have, different to your own, the more interesting the responses may be! It is best to use a semi-structured interview approach (suggested question prompts with some flexibility). Otherwise, detailed notes needed. Confidentiality considerations Describe the most interesting and important points from the change interview (approx. 400 words) You are not summarizing the interview but identifying the main themes raised by the interviewee. Appendix B with 3-4 verbatim quotes from the interview of no more than 1 page in total. Be selective in the quotes that you choose. They should represent the main themes from your interview.
