There are many good views in the article, which can be further assessed in todays business environment with the fact pace of changes in the field of IT, and in particular AI. It presents the AI knowledge from understanding / adoption to management, which can thus provide good business insights and inform the future of AI for business. I believe this article can help you further understand the course materials covered so far. It can also provide some new insights into IT strategy, competitive advantages, and other key concepts in the materials we have covered. In addition, this article can enrich our understanding how technological advances and innovation can change the competitive business lens and strategies, which can thus sustain the business.
