This research aims to analyse and evaluate risk management practices in digital transformation projects within the air navigation sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study focuses on developing a structured risk register that includes a clear classification of risks, namely technical, operational, regulatory, and information security risks. It also examines the probability and impact analysis for each category and evaluates appropriate response strategies such as mitigation, transfer, or acceptance. The study adopts a scientifically grounded research methodology based on literature review and field data analysis, with the objective of developing a proposed applied framework that enhances the effectiveness of risk management in this type of project. The research project must include: Development of a comprehensive Risk Register. Clear classification of risk types (technical, operational, regulatory, and information security risks). Probability and impact analysis. Risk response strategies. A rigorous and scientifically justified research methodology.
