As the aviation industry grapples with environmental and social challenges, AirAsia has initiated a range of sustainability strategies to reduce its carbon footprint, enhance employee welfare, and improve corporate transparency. However, the airline faces hurdles such as balancing cost pressures with sustainability efforts, navigating complex regulatory environments, and responding to public criticism about its environmental impact.
Case Objectives
This case study will enable you to do the following:
