Overview This assignment is designed to prepare you for your final assignment, AI Proposal. Creating a draft will give you an opportunity to think through some decision points for the assignment and receive feedback from your instructor on those choices. This will also serve as a way for you to practice engineering prompts to get the best results possible. Scenario Since you are taking a course on AI, your supervisor has asked you to create a proposal for incorporating an AI strategy into your business. This proposal is intended to be a high-level overview of what AI could potentially do for your business and why your company should incorporate it. You will choose one of the following business types for your proposal: Online Retail Financial Services Agricultural/Industrial Instructions You will use generative text AI to create a written proposal. ChatGPT is the recommended service. This assignment will assess both your prompt writing and your proposal. Note: If you haven’t already, please watch the videos from LinkedIn Learning for this week to be sure you are comfortable creating a prompt that will get you the results you need for this assignment. Your prompts and proposal draft will serve as preparation for the full proposal, which is your final assignment for the course. It is not required to have all the components of the final assignment, but it should include each of the following: The prompt or prompts were used to generate content for the assignment. Multiple prompts will demonstrate your efforts to change prompts as needed to achieve the desired output. An overview of the business the proposal is being created for. The name of the business and type of business (the type should be from the list of three choices), the purpose of the business including the general structure, values, mission, and services. You are welcome to use an existing company’s information or to create one of your own. What problem will AI solve? How the problem is currently impacting the business? A brief description of the type of AI being proposed and how the AI will be implemented and evaluated. What type of AI you are proposing the business use, and why it would be advantageous for the business to use this AI? This information should be clearly and logically connected to the values, mission, and services of the business. How will the AI be implemented? How will the AI be evaluated? Demonstrates critical evaluation of the output by showing a minimum of three inputs, with the second and third showing adjustments that bring the output closer to the desired result.
