Active Listening

Your supervisor has requested that you develop a short presentation for your colleagues about active listening. In addition, you have been asked to incorporate a group activity/exercise related to active listening. You will be presenting to a group of 10 case managers who have various levels of experience.

Instructions:

First, conduct research on the topic of active listening. Explore ideas for conducting work-related presentations and incorporating group activities/exercises. Develop a Microsoft Powerpoint presentation with at least 8-12 slides about the topic. Include your group activity in the powerpoint and instructions for the activity/exercise.

Requirements:

• Develop an 8-12 slide PowerPoint presentation on the topic of active listening
• Include a group activity/exercise you plan to conduct
• Incorporate at least 2 images in your Powerpoint
• Include speaker notes if you are not narrating your slides with audio
• Include a reference page slide in APA format
